Molly and the Pirate follows Molly's race to save her Grandpa's house. Along the way she meets ghost pirate Bloodblister, jellyfishmen, a marooned sailor, cannibals, and a giant squid, and learns all about teamwork.

In the printed comic there's a treasure hunt to find Bloodblister's treasure.
